RETURNS

A Return Authorization Form is REQUIRED in order to Process ALL Returns.
Any packages received without a Return Authorization Form cannot be processed.
A 20% Restocking Fee will be applied to all orders.
Shipping is non-refundable.

Requirements for a Return and Refund

  1. You must have the original sales slip.  A copy must be provided along with a copy of your invoice and a completed return authorization form.
  2. Refund will be made to the credit card, Amazon or Paypal account the item was originally purchased on.   Items purchased by check will be refunded 2 weeks from the date of deposit. 
  3. Product must be returned in the original package, in new, unworn condition.  Incomplete returns (missing parts or damaged) can not be processed for credit. 
  4. Refund will be made less a 20% RESTOCKING Fee and the cost of shipping and handling.
  5. Refund will be allowed on returns postmarked up to 14 days from the date the order was shipped.
  6. Shrink wrapped or blister carded products must be unopened and in original packaging.
  7. Due to the seasonal nature of some of our products,
     Returns will NOT be accepted after October 10th.
     
    Any order placed after October 10th will be considered to be sold as
    ‘ALL SALES FINAL”. 
    Orders placed after November 1st will be subject to our off-season return policy.
  8. Customers ordering items in multiple sizes will also be charged a 20% Restocking Fee.
  9.  Product that has been worn may not be returned for any reason.
  10. All Returns Are Subject to a 20% Restocking Fee.  Shipping is Non-Refundable.
  11. Returns received by Eastern Coast Costume that do not meet all of the criteria above will be discarded.   Returns received without a completed Return Authorization will also be discarded.
  12. Items bought in quantities of 5 or more are considered SPECIAL ORDER and are non returnable.

 Includes items purchased in multiples (more than 5 pieces per item ordered) or items ordered specifically for a customer cannot be returned.   Mascots cannot be returned.

WARRANTY

Eastern Coast Costume wishes your shopping experience with us to be a happy one. 

We sell a wide variety of merchandise including items that are considered custom orders. 
Our warranty and return policy vary with the product lines.  Listed below are our return policies for the various lines. When ordering, if you have a question about the return policy of a product that we may have not covered, just ask.  The  return policies shown on this website apply to online purchases only.  All sales are final for all in-store purchases.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Eastern Coast Costume will repair or replace at its sole option any item that is defective or damaged.

Damages caused by UPS must be marked as “damaged” by the UPS Driver and must be reported by the customer to Eastern Coast Costume immediately.  ECC will then contact UPS in order to rectify the situation appropriately.

 When products are defective we offer the following option:

 If a product is found to be defective product on receipt, please contact ECC and we will send you a replacement (same item, same size, color, etc) along with a UPS Return Service label for the defective product.  When you receive the replacement product, please place the defective product back in the box along with the Return Authorization Form and affix the return label.  Keep the lower portion of the return label for your records.  Return the box to your UPS Driver or any UPS store.  Shipping will be prepaid by ECC.

If a product is worn, and then a defect arises, the customer is responsible to send the product back to Eastern Coast Costume.  After the product has been received, we will then repair or replace with the same item, same color, and same price at our sole option.
