· Size exchanges cannot be processed if the order is not accompanied by the size exchange form or if the size requested is not a size that the manufacturer produces, or if we do not carry the size.

· If the size that you request is available, it will be shipped out as soon as possible.
If the size that you require happens to be out of stock when your exchange is received, we will send one email and make one phone call to let you know the status of your order.

· Please be sure that we do carry the size requested. Size exchange is not available for costumes that are “one-size”.

· Please check that your item is exchangeable. Non returnable items are not available for exchange.

· Size exchange applies only when items with the same item number and color are exchanged. Any attempts at exchanging color or style will then be treated as an unauthorized return and credit will not be issued.

· Size exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of order date. Size exchanges are subject to all return requirements.
